Wash Rice and Dal separately and Dry it in a Clean Cloth for 1 Hour
Now in a Pan... add in Rice and keep sauting on Flame
Fry till they become light brown colour
Transfer to a Steel plate and let it cool
Now add Dal and keep stirring on low flame til it becomes crisp
Transfer to a Steel Plate and let it cool
Now add 5 to 6 Badam /Almonds and fry till it is crisp
Once all cooled then add to a mixer jar and grind it to fine powder and store in a Air Tight Container
